At Sasco, safe work practices are put into play everyday in every aspect of our job. Everyone – from our President to our Project Managers to our foremen and apprentices – is accountable for ensuring our sites – your sites – are safe.
Toolbox meetings, continuing education, and Field Level Hazard Assessments are some of the procedures and policies put in place at Sasco to ensure we provide the safest work place possible. Also, as part of the Certificate of Recognition (COR) program, we’ve implemented health and safety management systems that go above and beyond health and safety standards.
Qualified and Ticketed Workers Always Working Safe
Our journeyperson electricians are Red Seal Electricians. The Red Seal has become the national standard of excellence for skilled trades in Canada. By only employing Red Seal Electricians, you don’t need to worry about having unqualified, unskilled workers in your workplace or on your worksite.
Being COR certified means that we go through annual health and safety audits that are designed to ensure a safe workplace is being promoted, achieved, and maintained.
Sasco has demonstrated a quality commitment to their safety program through awareness, education, documentation, and analysis of safety related issues. Sasco is to be congratulated for the efforts put forward in regard to their commitment to safety and the positive attitudes of its employeesKaren Riddlecombe, CPM CHRP CHSC
